Biography
At an early age Hazel's favorite game was scaring the adults by hanging upside down at any opportunity she could. At 10 she realised her proper place in the world, on a trapeze hanging from a tree in the middle of a field.
Hazel's professional career began in 2006, teaching circus skills with Kent Circus School. She has since worked as tutor, performer and rigger for a wide range of clients, from cruise ships to traditional circus.
Her formal training began with Skylight Circus, then Expressive Feat. Hazel has recently graduated from Contemporary Circus and Physical Theatre at Circomedia, Bristol with support from The Wayne Sleep Foundation.
