Who is the course for?

Suitable for complete beginners and those with some more experience. During the course learners will enjoy the health benefits of hula hooping and gain the expertise to feel proficient & confident in their own practice.

What will I do on the course?

This course is aimed at giving you the skills and knowledge to hula hoop when, where and however you choose! Starting with the basics of hula hoop control, we will work through a program of hula hooping techniques and transitions. You will also learn some impressive tips & tricks to show off when you get home! We will also look at different way of putting things together to help you create and develop your own style. Each session will include a warm up, and cool down for good body maintenance.
